Matt has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Matt’s involvement in the business spans a wide array of disciplines including land acquisition, entitlements, civil engineering, land planning, design management, financial modeling, construction management, green building and land disposition. While Matt specializes in mixed-use and residential urban infill projects, he also has experience with office, retail, industrial and senior living. Matt has a B.S. in construction engineering from Iowa State and a M.B.A. with a finance emphasis from Pepperdine University. Matt is a licensed civil engineer and a licensed real estate broker in California and is also a LEED for Homes Accredited Professional.
Richard has twenty five years of experience as a civil engineer on land development projects. He has worked on residential infill and green-field projects in Tennessee, New Jersey, California, Arizona and Nevada. Richard’s strengths include hydrology and hydraulics, earthwork and grading, roadway and utility design, storm drainage and entitlements. Richard has a B.S in civil engineering, with an emphasis on structural engineering, from Vanderbilt University. Richard is a licensed civil engineer in New Jersey, California and Nevada as well as a LEED Accredited Professional.
Jack provides land acquisition and project management support including deal sourcing, financial underwriting and market analysis. His experience includes investment, brokerage and development roles for residential, retail and commercial projects. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
